Lualie is a trade name of IDB Marketing (sole proprietorship), het Block 53, 4941 HZ Raamsdonksveer, the Netherlands, Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) 96251026. We handle your data with care and comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What data do we collect?
- Waitlist: first name, email address and (optionally) your situation.
- Conversation sign-up: first name, email address, (optionally) phone number, situation and preferred format.
- Survey: your answers (anonymous) and, only if you choose, your email address.
What do we use it for?
- To keep you informed about the launch of Lualie and your exclusive early access (only with your consent).
- To schedule a conversation if you sign up for one.
- To improve our products based on the (anonymous) answers.
How long do we keep it?
We keep waitlist data until you unsubscribe or at the latest 12 months after the launch. Data for a conversation is deleted within 3 months after the conversation. Survey answers without an email address are anonymous.
Do we share your data?
No, we don’t sell or share your data. It is stored with our hosting provider (Hostinger) within the EU.
Your rights
You can always access, correct or delete your data, and withdraw your consent. Email imara@idbmarketing.com. If you’re not happy with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or your local supervisory authority.
